FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS FAIR MEDIA INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN ORGANISING EXHIBITIONS IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES, FOR BUYING PROPERTIES ABROAD

In 2003, the first fair was held at the World Trade Center in Stockholm under the name Buy a House in Spain. The exhibition activity continued with a focus solely on Spain until the spring of 2005. After that, the fair expanded and changed its name to Buy a House Abroad, which meant it started featuring properties from other parts of the world besides Spain.

Since the beginning in 2003, we have organized over 160 international property fairs under the name Buy a House Abroad in all the Nordic countries. In 2025, Fair Media will organize fairs in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen.

The fairs are a marketplace for exhibitors from all over the world who want to market their properties to qualified buyers. Our exhibitors come from around 15 different countries and include agents, real estate brokers, developers, and other companies related to the property sector.

We organize a variety of seminars that are completely free for visitors. The fair brochure also provides information about the seminars being presented and the speakers. Seminars typically cover various popular countries around the world, as well as specific topics such as tax implications when buying property abroad, retiring abroad, and financing options for international property purchases.

Restaurant: Each fair features a restaurant serving food and drinks, often accompanied by live entertainment such as musicians and more.
